Jim Stagi
President
Jim Stagi, President, has been in the building industry for over 35 years building both residential and commercial developments. He has worked for companies such as Stanley Martin, Drees Homes, and Long Signature Homes. Jim became President and co-owner of Heritage Contracting in 2013.
Jim received a MS and BS from Ohio University and is a member of Beta Theta Pi. He is married and has two grown children.
Scott Akers
Vice President Operations
Scott is a co-founder of Heritage Contracting and served in many capacities since its inception in 1997. He is currently responsible for all aspects of field production, both production and custom. In his 30 years of local construction, Scott has developed a working knowledge of the needs of both the trade base and the builder clients.
Prior to co-founding Heritage, Scott spent 10 years with Stanley Martin Companies in various field positions.
